Personal Training

Fitness Analysis - One Session Payment of £45

 

  • 10 minute discussion about current fitness regime and goals

  • 45 minute fitness session designed to test most levels of cardio fitness, 

    strength, flexibility and coordination
  • Final 5 minute catch up with recommendations of how to progress your fitness plan

6 Week At Home/Gym Fitness Plan - One Off Payment of £30

 

  • A full six week plan for you to use at home or in the gym (depending on your needs)

  • Full written plan for up to 3 sessions per week

  • 20 minute 1-2-1 time to explain the plan or video support

4,8 or 12 Sessions Per Month - From £160 pcm* Check out full pricing here

  • A selected number of sessions per month with one of our trainers at a weekly time slot suitable to you

  • Full support an education on your fitness need and goals to work towards both during your session and via email, message or phone

  • Optional at home or gym fitness plan to use alongside your sessions

Nutrition Support

Dietary Analysis - One Time Payment of £40

 

  • Completion of a 3-day diet diary (including 1 weekend day)

  • Full computerised dietary analysis, with facts and figures

  • Takeaway sheet highlighting good and bad points to improve upon

One Week Diet Plan -  One Time Payment of £75

 

  • Full week diet plan; 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners and snacks 

  • Individualised to meet your needs with food preferences, budget etc

Full support for your unique weight loss or weight gain goals - £100 pcm*

  • Education - what causes weight loss/gain; what do the different food groups do; how to feel full without eating loads; what to do when cravings kick in; snacking; when should I eat; eating around exercise; eating out; drinks including sugar and caffeine; health and avoiding illness; spotting fad diets; supplements

  • Weekly or fortnightly Skype or face to face consultations

  • On-going support via email, message or phone

  • Daily targets

  • Optional dietary analysis (1 x per fortnight) - 3 day food diary with full break down of calories, macro and micro nutrients intake against what you should be aiming for

  • Recipe ideas
