Michel Brash is known locally for her dynamic flow yoga classes and we are really excited to welcome her to the now growing team at Pose Fitness! I had some wise words recently that told me to make sure I work with people who I want to practice with and I cannot wait to be joining you all on Monday evenings at 8pm for Michel's Flow Yoga which she is designing to bring to you in the wonderful open space that Pose has to offer.
We asked Michel to let you know, in her own words, what she is all about! It's great to see where her passion and inspiration comes from!
"I first began teaching in 2004,having qualified with the British School of Yoga(IYN) Yoga Bugs and Barre Fushion.
My style of yoga has been interwoven with styles,having attending workshops led by International yoga masters such as; Shiva Rea,Duncan Wong and Patrick Beach. Then teaching for many years with MK TKD Club.
I also like nothing more than a sneaky yoga retreat to extend my skills further and have enjoyed spending time with instructors like Liz Lark,Jean Hall and Brigette Riley."
