Fitness Analysis - One Session Payment of £45


  • 10 minute discussion about current fitness regime and goals

  • 45 minute fitness session designed to test most levels of cardio fitness, 

    strength, flexibility and coordination
  • Final 5 minute catch up with recommendations of how to progress your fitness plan

6 Week At Home/Gym Fitness Plan - One Off Payment of £30


  • A full six week plan for you to use at home or in the gym (depending on your needs)

  • Full written plan for up to 3 sessions per week

  • 20 minute 1-2-1 time to explain the plan or video support

4,8 or 12 Sessions Per Month - From £160 pcm* Check out full pricing here

  • A selected number of sessions per month with one of our trainers at a weekly time slot suitable to you

  • Full support an education on your fitness need and goals to work towards both during your session and via email, message or phone

  • Optional at home or gym fitness plan to use alongside your sessions 

*Please note that we ask for a minimum 3 month contract on all our personal packages to ensure that you gain the best results from your support.
