Pose Fitness Terms and Conditions....
We do not offer refunds for any classes, workshops or private sessions purchased at Pose Fitness however we do offer transfers to other events, providing you have notified us within the cancellation window (see below for specifics). This is also an inclusive condition in reference to transferring passes or memberships to someone else. Upon purchasing your class pass or membership you agree to understanding that the pass is for yourself and not for anyone else to use to take class. Should you feel the need for this, there are a few cases in which we would consider transfer, at our discretion. If you feel that your situation falls in this then please email us details of the reason and who you would be wanting to transfer to for us to make a decision and respond accordingly to you however please be aware that this is only in extreme cases that we would consider this option.
If you have notified us of a cancellation with 12 hours notice or more you can receive a class credit back onto your account to re-book within the original expiration date of the pass.
If you have notified us of a cancellation with 72 hours notice or more you can receive a workshop credit back onto your account to re-book within the original expiration date of the pass. This is a longer time as our workshops are designed and planned around the numbers due to the specialist teachers and refreshments provided.
If you have notified us of a cancellation with 24 hours notice or more you can receive a session credit back onto your account to re-book within the original expiration date of the pass.
We regret no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, work, family or other reasons. Before committing to a course or event, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme. This cancellation policy is firm to ensure the running and continued development of the studio and all the members who attend.
All classes, workshops and private training sessions purchased have a three month expiry date. Gift cards must be activated within one year of purchase where they will then have the same three month expiration for being completed.
Studio Passes (What if the studio is closed due to COVID?)
All studio passes are able to be extended manually once the studio re-opens but sadly this cannot be done automatically by our system. Once we re-open, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add the time we have been closed to your pass. We are sorry but we will be only able to extend for the days we have been closed. If you are unable to attend after this we will accept a transfer of the pass onto someone you know.
Monthly Studio Membership (What if the studio is closed due to COVID?)
Your monthly membership at Pose will continue through closures at Pose Fitness as you will still have access to all online classes. If you would like to be refunded the price difference between your studio membership and the virtual membership then please contact us by email at email@example.com once the studio has re-opened and we will issue this for you.
Payment is taken by debit or credit card upon booking through our online system. You are able to pay for passes, workshops or private training at the studio or over the phone with other methods of payment but your session is not booked until we have confirmed that payment has been received. We are sadly unable to hold spaces for events without payment.
Gift Cards are non refundable and non transferrable. Expiry is 1 year after date of issue. Once activated the terms and conditions for each activity or product then applies. We regret we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Pose On Demand Terms and Conditions...
We do not offer refunds for any on demand services purchased if you have notified us less than 24 hours before your payment is due to leave your account. For any purchased subscription you will continue to have access for the remainder of the time you have purchased but can cancel the subscription at that time to not leave your account the following month or year. We regret that we are unable to transfer On Demand services to an alternative email address once purchased for that subscription cycle.
Payment is taken by debit or credit card upon subscribing through our online system. Your card details will be used for that subscription until you notify us otherwise and you will not receive monthly receipts other than your initial confirmation of set up email. Should you cancel your card or have a new one issued you will need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you will lose access to the services as soon as the payment is declined.
