About the event
Join Rachel in this workshop to introduce the principles of PBT® (Progressive Ballet Technique). Through focused, low-impact conditioning, this style of training uses muscle memory formed through equipment supported exercises to allow the body to find a connection to ballet steps. These exercises support better alignment, balance, and technique — whatever your movement background.
You can expect a supportive, exploratory environment with an emphasis on awareness, precision, and sustainable strength.
This workshop is suitable for a wide range of levels and experiences, including dancers, teachers, and anyone curious about improving strength and movement quality.
