About the event
This session is perfect if you are a busy mum and you're feeling tired, exhausted and you haven’t had a good night sleep for a while. Or you have a busy stressful job and you need time to switch off and rest.
This session is designed as the antidote to your busy life and will give you a much needed break from your daily responsibilities and let you be nourished in a quiet, calming soothing environment.
You will release all the tension from your body using gentle yoga poses that will renew and restore the energy and will include lots of long held, supported, floor poses to promote the bodies natural healing abilities.
Your mind will become calm and clear with the use of simple mindfulness techniques.
We will finish with a very effective guided relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra to take you to a blissful state of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to a super charged yoga power nap, which is reported to be more beneficial than the natural state of sleep.
If you have difficulties "switching off" this is an excellent step by step process to help your mind gently quieten to a peaceful state.
