Inversions can feel empowering, intimidating, playful, or all three — and this workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Join Katherine and Abi for an in-depth Inversions Workshop exploring the foundations, techniques, and intelligent progressions behind Headstand (Sirsasana) and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana), with time to explore Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) if space allows.
This is not about kicking up and hoping for the best. Instead, we’ll break inversions down into clear, repeatable skills, focusing on strength, alignment, balance, and nervous system safety.
