Refine and align your yoga poses with Abi’s Yoga Posture Lab.  Posture labs are fantastic for pulling apart yoga poses and delving in deep to what is happening with the body.   This informal workshop will help you refine your alignment, play with modifications, and get hands on assistance with your yoga practice.
