Service Description

Please use the message box when making your booking to give your Pose teacher a brief description of the session you would like; fitness training, barre, ballet for example. Also include any major illnesses or injuries that might impact her planning for your workout. If you would like your session to take place on zoom then please make us aware with 24 or more hours notice. Some sessions are available at weekends by contacting us through hello@posefitness.co.uk

Cancellation Policy

To re-schedule you must give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to receive a class credit back onto your account.
