Join Zoom Meeting by clicking on 'Join Meeting' 5 minutes before your class starts Meeting ID: 219-094-5203 Meeting Password: pose
Once you have joined you will be given the option to choose if you want to join with or without video. Choose whatever is best for you!
Join with audio, the instructor will then mute all participants at the start of class.
A few rules...
Your instructor will lock the class as soon as they begin so late attendees will not be able to gain access to class. Refunds will not be issued for this so please make sure you are logged on 5 minutes before your class starts.
Though instructors may give some personal instruction in your online class if they are able to, this is not what you should expect on our online classes. If you would like to receive personal instruction then please join us at our studio or contact us to book a private online session.
